I’ve partnered with organizations ranging from nimble startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, and a pattern quickly emerged: marketing initiatives too often operate in isolation. Companies approach agencies seeking campaigns, branding, or content without addressing fundamental strategic questions: Is this the real problem we need to solve? Have we considered the operational implications? Is our organization aligned internally to deliver on our external promises?
I began my professional journey “client-side” as a marketing coordinator before transitioning to agencies, where I progressed through increasingly strategic roles. This agency environment became my learning laboratory—each client and project offering new insights into what drives marketing success and what leads to failure.
As my career evolved, I took on broader leadership responsibilities. Beyond marketing strategy, I directed agency operations, optimized workflows, implemented systems, and built a human resources department covering 100+ employees across multiple states. This multifaceted experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of how marketing intersects with every aspect of business.
In 2019, I stepped into the CEO role at a boutique agency, overseeing all facets of the organization and applying my integrated skill set to complex client challenges. By 2025, I made the decision to focus on depth over breadth—working with fewer clients but delivering more transformative results. Today, my clients work directly with me, benefiting from my diverse experience without the overhead of a traditional agency relationship.
